How Paceva protects workout files, GPS tracks, HRV, health context and derived metrics with local-only processing and athlete-controlled exports.

Privacy Policy

Paceva is designed around athlete-owned, local-only analytics. Your training files, health signals, and derived metrics stay on your device unless you choose to export them.

Last updated: June 2026

Local-only by default

  • No mandatory login to analyze your own training data.
  • No default cloud sync for workout files, GPS tracks, HRV, or device identifiers.
  • No advertising trackers or hidden upload of health data.
  • Export is athlete-controlled and can be limited to summaries.

Information processed

Paceva may process files and signals that you select or authorize, including FIT, GPX, TCX, laps, samples, power, pace, cadence, elevation, HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep context. Processing is performed on device for metric calculation and dashboard display.

How data is used

Data is used to calculate personal metrics such as W' balance, CSS, critical speed, training load, heart-rate drift, recovery trend, and data-confidence warnings. Paceva does not sell personal data.

Optional exports

You may export selected summaries or backup packages. Future trainer-sharing features must remain explicit, scoped, and athlete-controlled. Paceva remains usable without any sharing feature.

Your control

You can delete local data from the app, keep your own backups, or export a package for your own archive. Contact us at analyticszone+paceva@onmedic.org for privacy questions.
