Our Commitment
At Paceva, your privacy is not an option; it is the foundation of everything we build. We do not sell personal data and collect only the minimum necessary to provide the service.
Key Points
- Local-first: By default, training data lives only on your device.
- No tracking: We do not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising tracking.
- Workout Control: Analytical tools operate locally. No automated cloud uploading.
- Export and Deletion: Export your data or completely delete it whenever you want.
1. Introduction
Paceva ("we") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our application and website.
2. Information We Collect
To provide you with local-first performance analysis, we process certain types of information:
2.1 Workout Files
We process files you select (FIT, GPX, TCX) locally to calculate speed, power, heart rate, and training stress. This data is not uploaded to our servers.
2.2 Integration with HealthKit & Google Fit
With your permission, Paceva reads biometric data such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and workouts to compile recovery recommendations. This integration happens entirely on-device.
3. How We Use Data
We use the information exclusively to compute athletic metrics (W' Balance, HRV trends, efficiency indices) on your device screen.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. Because data is stored and processed locally, there are no remote servers capturing your biometric files.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, export, or delete your local database at any time from within the application settings.
6. Contact
